The Crown CT32035 BMC hand-held diamond drill is designed for wet drilling of holes with hollow diamond core bits in concrete, reinforced concrete, stone, brick, natural stone and other abrasive materials during general construction work, finishing work, electrical work, plumbing installation, ventilation installation, installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems, pipe laying, road works, sampling and so on. The tool is based on a powerful electric motor and a single-speed gearbox made of die-cast aluminum, and is equipped with a spindle for fastening hollow diamond core bits with UNC 1 ¼ inch thread. The Crown CT32035 BMC electric motor with a power of 2000 W provides high productivity of drilling holes in a wide range of materials with the appropriate equipment. The Crown CT32035 BMC hand-held diamond drilling drill has a classic vertical body layout, with an additional handle installed at three points and an installed D-shaped rear handle (butt). The main and additional handles of the Crown CT32035 BMC diamond drilling drill have a non-slip coating to ensure confident control of the machine during operation. The installed D-shaped rear handle (butt) has a rubber pad for comfortable work. Water supply for cooling the crown is organized using a metal ball valve with a nipple and a flexible hose 0.3 m long attached to the nipple of the reducer. A copper tube supplying water precisely to the drilling zone passes inside the reducer and spindle, which increases the reliability and uninterrupted cooling of the operating diamond equipment. Kickback protection in case of jamming is provided by a mechanical clutch built into the design of the gearbox mechanics. To protect the operator from electric shock, the Crown CT32035 BMC diamond core drill is equipped with a residual-current device (RCD). A protective device integrated into the housing and equipped with a reset button is responsible for overload/overheating protection. The Crown CT32035 BMC hand-held diamond core drill comes with: two additional handles, a factory-installed hose and a metal ball valve for water supply, a mounting kit for installing the rear handle (butt), a set of spare carbon brushes, documentation, and a polymer case. To install and remove the equipment, the user will need a 32 open-end wrench to lock the spindle.
