The FIAC EDRY 52 is a refrigeration dryer for compressed air with a capacity of 5200 litres per minute and 0.18 mbar differential pressure. The purity class according to ISO 8573-1:2010 is 5, the supply voltage is single-phase at 230V.
Dryers serve to drastically reduce humidity in the compressed air system , thus avoiding the formation of condensation that can cause failures and interruptions in operation.
The TDRY dryer is equipped with an electronic control unit that monitors the dryer status, fan status, and dew point indication.
It also provides display alarms for high or low dew point, fan failure and maintenance required warning. Upon request, a potential-free contact can also be added to remotely report these and other malfunctions.
The dryer is also equipped with a capacitive condensate drain , with
electronic sensors for the discharge of condensate only and without wasting compressed air. This means that only water is discharged and not compressed air, with energy savings, no noise and respect for the environment.
