Purpose of the tool:
The machine is used for cutting, deburring and threading in a short period of time.

Application:
For cutting tapered pipe threads 1/2 – 4" in accordance with DIN 2999 BSPT R.

Peculiarities:

• The machine is mobile and compact.
• The knives are characterized by high wear resistance.
• The mechanical oil pump provides automatic and uniform oil supply to the knives through the thread-cutting head.
• The thread-cutting head is equipped with a locking/unlocking mechanism.
• By loosening/tightening the knives, the length and depth of the carving are adjusted.
• Automatic threading heads: BSPT R 1/2-2", 2.1/2-4".
• Size of thread cutting knives: 14x20 mm.
• Thread cutting knife sets: 1/2”-3/4”, 1 – 2” and 2.1/2” - 4”.
• The machine has a centering impact chuck with maximum clamping force.
